Help and Advice

This page contains links to places I found help and advice from throughout my pregnancy, diagnosis and time with Amber.

Trisomy 18 is a devastating and heartbreaking diagnosis to receive when pregnant and if the story of Amber and I can help even just one person then this blog has been worthwhile.

There are some excellent facebook support groups where I’ve found help, advice, understanding and love from other families who are going through the same experience as Amber and I. I have made friends, shed tears and also found hope in these groups. They continue to support me on my journey with Amber and while I am so sad and heartbroken that so many have to live with this diagnosis, I am grateful to have found these groups and I strongly advise that anyone who needs help or feels alone, as I have on much of this journey, take a look.
